I am a graduate of the Western School of Feng Shui and the Clinical Hypnosis Institute of San Diego and have been in private practice for over thirty years. I studied Life Coaching through the International Coach Academy and worked with my own coach, learning powerful tools to help others transform their lives. I also studied at the University of California, San Diego Center for Mindfulness, where I completed the Teaching Practicum for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
I have enjoyed Mindfulness Meditation practice for many years which supports me in helping my clients mindfully transform challenging aspects of their lives.
I am the originator of Instinctual Movement, a healing therapeutic body movement method. This movement practice helps people explore instinctual and intuitive ways of moving that feel good, rather than habitual ways of moving that can keep us feeling stuck both physically and in our life. This frees up the body and opens new opportunities for expanded creative expression. “How you move the body is how you move through life.”
As a member of the Western School of Feng Shui’s Speakers Bureau, I have facilitated programs for the Essential Feng Shui Practitioner Trainings and have taught Feng Shui classes and workshops in a variety of venues in San Diego, CA and Asheville, NC.
I have helped hundreds of corporate individuals as a consultant, assisting them in finding ways to alleviate stress and find balance in their lives through the ChaosOver Inc. Information Management System.
I live in the beautiful countryside of Leicester, NC with my solid as a rock, drummer husband, Steve. We enjoy hiking in the beautiful mountains, gardening, and working at a horse rescue together.
